If you prefer to keep a written record, we can supply you with our paper log book.
It’s straightforward to keep and can fit in your glove box All you need to do is record your daily/weekly takings and your expenses.

If you prefer to use a computer or smartphone,then we will send you our monthly log sheets in an email and, after you open the attachment, you then record your takings and expenses in the same way as the paper record by entering the data.
Both the paper and computer based log sheets are to be returned to us on the 1st of the next month so we can update your books.
Your books will therefore be updated on a monthly basis and this can give us a pictute of your overall NET PROFITS for the year and also can inform us of what tax bill you may have if your earnings stay the same.
Your books can be viewed by yourself at anytime by a simple request via phone or email.
This can be extremely useful if you need your NET earnings for any Working Tax Credit or Child Tax Credit enquiries.
